MyBookLive 3TB Not Visible to PC on Network, but Can be Accessed through Mobile Devices (My Cloud)

MyBookLive 3TB worked fine for about 9 months.  It was visible to my laptop on network.  I also set up My Cloud and could access it from remote and mobile devices.  Now, I can no longer see it on the network from my laptop.  However, the remote and mobile devices can still access it without problem through My Cloud.  Green light on front of drive shows activity.  It has power and is connected to network.

try accessing the dashboard via its name and/or ip, replace them by your actual values:

http://MBL-NAME or http://MBL-IP

if the dashboard opens with http://MBL-IP, it should also work from windows explorer as \MBL-IP to see the shares.

If dashboard works, but not the other, something might be blocking the ports.

http://MyBookLive looks like the correct name.

However,, that looks like an internet IP (WAN). The range you need is probably in the 192.168.x.x range (LAN). the router should list it on the DHCP client list.
