Used to be working. Windws 7. I can access the dashboard and even create and delete folder but from my laptop and any other laptop, in Windows Explorer when I double-click on any folder, it says network path is not found. I did all the WD support tech will tell you(just like reading from a script in front of their computer) like reset this and that, power cycle this and that. Connect it directly to a laptop using Ethernet(MyBook Live has no USB) . Hopefully the images below shows up so y’all can see the error… THANKS IN ADVANCE
