My passport ultra

Dear all,

i’m facing big problem with my wd my passport ultra,its showing RAW Hard disk Type…Even im trying with lot of software
to get recover my Data…but im unable to get the data…please can anyone help me out…what should i do now?
its under warranty still…can wd company recover data and replace the product…please how to do and what to do…do reply soon
