MY WD My Passport Ultra is very very slow to open in computer and the file explorer is can not transfer or copy any file from it. So that i can not able to make backup. its shows all 4 drive which is created by me and show their free space and total size. But Neither open the file nor transfer the file. Right now I am residing in Qatar. There is no service provider for WD in Qatar for data recovery. If I utilize my data recovery from third party still my passport ultra will be under warranty. Please help me
