i bought wd my passport 2tb 2 months ago in sharaf dg in abu dhabi , uae.
the problem i put the password 3 times wrong then accidentally all files were deleted.
is there any way to put all the files back.
is this under wd warranty for data recovery?

You can restore the files from your backups, right?
I’m pretty sure data recovery is not covered under warranty.
If it were possible to recover the files, there wouldn’t be much point in having an encrypted drive.
but what if i dont have backups ? how can i retrieve all the files i have before?

You can’t – nor should it be possible.
where can i email the WD company ? or where can i call them directly ?
