My passport ultra not working

back in January my wd my passport stopped working. i got it as a gift for Christmas so i have not proof of purchase or address to ship it to for warranty here are my 2 other desperate attempts to get help. (the answers people gave me did not help.) AND NO, I DO NOT NEED SEND MY DRIVE TO A DATA RECOVERY SERVICE, THE DRIVE ONLY HAD RE DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT.

It did not work. But my cable worked with his drive. When I went home I plugged it in, heard the beeps but it appeared. At this point I was amazed that it recognized it and the beeps only happened twice. Then I plugged it in to the Xbox I formatted it on the beeps were happening again but it was spinning ( now I have a slim bit of hope that I can recover it ) and it doesn’t show up.there is no “clicking of death”. My wd my passport is not working. i got it on Christmas unopened and it stopped working january 22 this year. i have tried the freezer trick, and just waiting. i think the data reader is stuck and if you can give me a tutorial how to put it in the right place that would be helpful thanks in advance if you help me

If your drive is still under warranty and you want to get it replaced you can create a RMA online.

its not under waranty, and if it was it would be usless, i dont have the proof of purchase, it was a gift. the drive wasnt even a mont old when it broke
