My Passport Ultra suddenly stopped working

I was using my hard drive (My Passport Ultra) and it suddenly stopped working.** I wanted some help in knowing that how can I take backup from the drive. I have a very important stored in the drive.** Please do help me if anyone knows what should be done.

Try a different USB cable or port, also you can check on a different computer to see if you get the same results

I did try it in different computers its not detecting.
And I also checked the cable, the cable has no problem.
