My passport ultra is no longer working. It fell down on the carpet and now does not read any longer. How can I get this working again to retrieve my files. Thanks.

Does the drive make any sounds when you connect it to the computer? You can try to connect the drive with a different cable or USB port to see if the drive is accessible.
