I cannot use my Passport Ultra please help

Hi,
My Passport Ultra external hard disc stops working. I tried several times by inserting different laptops and different locations, but is not working.
Please advice me how to rectify or retrieve all my data.

You can try using different USB cable and connect the drive directly to the USB 3.0 port of the computer to isolate the issue with the drive.

You can also refer the link given below to try Alternate 3rd party data recovery options in order to retrieve the data stored in the drive.
