I have had my passport Ultra external drive and it does not recognize the drive. I have tried it on 3 computers and cant understand why. Its been working fine then just stopped. I have thousands and thousands of pictures on it and really don’t want to lose them. Please help.

I recommend replacing the USB cable. Also you can try using a data recovery software.
