I just dropped my WD My Passport Ultra external portable hard drive and it no longer works. I plugged the hard drive into 2 different PC computers and the computers no longer recognize it. I see the hard drive lighting up and it starts making weird noises. Can you please help me figure out how to fix it?
dropping a hard drive in most cases is terminal … (especially if it makes “weird noises” afterwards)
