My passport does not seem to be backing up from my SD card. I last used it in June on a trip and it worked fine. This time I’m on another trip and it seems to be reading the SD card and I can see the images on my phone. But once I ejected the SD card the images cannot be found in Storage. What to do? I’m travelling and need to back up my photos.

Thanks, Alex. I ended up calling them and they fixed it. It turned out that the button on my dashboard for auto backup has turned off by itself.
