I lost everything on my laptop where my backup plan is located. I have a recent backup on My Passport. I followed these instructions on my new laptop:

I still don’t see my most recent backups in the software for restore or on My Passport.
If I can’t get resolution here is there a tech support phone number?

You can also view the backed up data manually in WDBackup.swstor folder in My Passport. You can follow below article which will assist you to view backed up data in My Passport device:
