Hi,
I recently reinstalled windows 10 on my laptop.
Till today noon, when I clicked on ‘Retrieve’ tab in WD Smartware GUI, it was showing 2 backed up drives E: and F:.
I was retrieving the folders from these drives selectively. But suddenly, now its showing only F:. And from there also, when I select a folder and click on ‘Start Retrieving’, it just goes into wait mode and never finishes.
I also tried going to Passport drive in explorer, went to *.swstor relevant folder but there also the explorer hangs.
Please help in retrieving my contents.
