Can't retrieve my files

Hello,

i have a huge  problem with my wd passport right now because  i am not able to  retrieve my files .

my problem is after all files are retrieve to desktop of my computer all folder are empty but i know for fact files are there.

when i am  using WD Smartware i can see all files  are there but when i retrieve to desktop all files are empty…

Please Helpppppppp…:cry:

Hi, you can explore the passport manually and look for the smartware.swstor folder, all of your files should be inside.
