After several years with no problems, my My Live Book duo has become not accessible, and cannot be found by Windows Explorer or applications (WD Backup, iTunes, Sonos).
It now has a flashing blue LED on the front. Both LEDs on the network port on the back are unlit.
I have tried replacing the network cable from the router to the drive, connecting it directly to the PC, restarting it and resetting it.
It had been flashing blue for about a week before trying the above. Two days later it is still flashing blue.
Any ideas? I have asked WD Technical Support but have received no response, so any help would be gratefully received.
