Access WD My Book Live Duo

Hi there.

I got a My Book Live Duo from a friend.
After plugging everything in it’s been showing a blue LED and the Ethernet port is indicating traffic.

My question: How do I access that thing??

I have tried everything I can think of.
I tried http://mybooklive/ and got nothing.
My router doesn’t see the Live Duo, so it’s not obtaining an IP Address. I did a reset on the Live Duo, still nothing.
I managed to download the setup for the My Book Live products but also that can’t find it.

What’s wrong?? I thought the blue LED indicates it beeing on standby…? Am I missing something?
Anybody have any ideas or clues why it’s not recognized by anything in my network?

Thanks for your reply.
I had already tried that before. But if I follow that link and click the link in 1. I don’t end up at that learning center mentioned in the 2nd step. That link takes me to the support page of WD My Book Live. From there on I can only do what I have already tried and mentioned in my first post. I can “only” download the “Software for Windows”, which yet again brings me back to my first post because the software also can’t find the My Book Live Duo. So as of the 2nd step I an unable to do what is recommended.
Therefore I seem to have no other option as to contact your technical support team and see what they can tell me.
