So just received EX2 ultra, and following instructions installed it
dashbord offered firmware update - what I allowed
dashboard offered OS upgrade - what I allowed
Now my EX2 is not usable normally and safely - dashboard is inaccessible (shows error 403) I can’t access any configuration and safety tools. User files are accessible though through file browser, but any administration is blocked.
I contacted WD online chat support and received recommendations do 40s reset, what I did - nothing changed. EX2 administration is still inaccessible - shows HTTP ERROR 403
So is there any way to get it back or I should return product as faulty?

Basically the My Cloud and Computer must be in the IP address ranges defined in the article.
