Since I’ve bought my WD Myclout 4TB I have ocasional hungs in my Ethernet LAN network. It’s the only thing changed so the problem must be related to this device.
I have to unplug the Internet Router
Has someone experienced the same problems? Any advice?
My suspicion would be on the router. Make sure you have the latest firmware on the router. Did you notice any pattern? Does your router have logs? Do you lose complete access (wireless/wired)?
Mycloud is just another computer connected to the router.
