My Could will not connect

I have had this now for about 2 months and only had access for about 2 days. I have reinstalled the download setup software, and the device is not able to conect at all, it isn ot discoverable it has the blue led, Ive reset the my cloud and nothing. anyone have the fix or do I just need to give up on this thing and toss it in the garbage.

Are you talking about local intranet access, Cloud Access via WD2GO, Dashboard access or something else?

Have you tried the My Cloud Desktop App?
