My Could EX2 solid red led with remote backup

I just set up a remote backup from my EX2 Ultra to an EX2 on the same network. The backup appears to have worked, however, the power LED on the source NAS is on solid red and the backup status seems to be stuck at 99%. It has been in this state for at least 30 minutes.

Any suggestions as to what the issue may be?

You do not own a My Cloud Home! Is your device on OS3 or OS5? You should post in the correct sub-forum for your device.
