Top led solid red but connectivity seems to be working?

I"m sorry if this is in the wrong place, the categories here are a bit confusing. I have a MyCloud EX2 Ultra and I just updated it to OS5. It seems to be working, but the top LED on it is solid red. I can access it remotely using my app and desktop from pretty much anywhere still, but that light worries me. I have VEEAM autobacking my system to it, but since this migration and that red LED, it never finishes stating there was a connection problem to the remote network storage, which is my MyCloud device. Does anybody know why this may be?
