My Cloud - set up failure

I can’t get beyond step 2. Having clicked ‘Get Stated’ all I get is a wheel of death. This is despite the My Cloud being clearly visible as a networked device on my desktop. Why can’t it find the device? Is it to do with settings for my BT Smart Hub, my PC or Norton? Please keep any answers simple … I’m no IT wiz.
