I was unable to access My Cloud through my home network as it would not recognise my password. I tried my Admin and MyCloud.com passwords without success. I can’t find a way of resetting my access password (although I can access my dashboard as Admin).
I recently added a user and a share to the account - could this have affected it?
Advice please on how to proceed.
SOLVED - I created a new user and share and deleted the old user. Now I have full access again… Post left in case anyone else has a similar problem.
