Cannot access my cloud

No matter what I do I cannot access My Cloud. It keeps saying I have the wrong E-Mail or password. I have only ever had one E-Mail address and 2 different passwords. Is there any way I can start over as a new customer. Help on this would be really appreciated

What are you attempting to access? Are you trying to access the My Cloud Dashboard, the MyCloud.com web portal, a Private Share on the My Cloud?

If one forgot their My Cloud Dashboard password they can reset the password using a 4 second reset.

I’m assuming you have tried ‘Forgot Password’ ?

Yes I tried that and it says to use the last password I had but that doesn’t do any good either
