My Cloud not showing in my network

Dears

I bought  New WD My cloud 4TB ,I did all steps for configration :

  1. power cable plugged in .
  2. connect network cable to modem .
  3. My cloud got fix blue inducation .
  4. downloaded application on my lap and during looking for device it’s not showing .

Is your router part of your modem?

If so have you tried restarting it?

i connected to my router ,and rest both router and wd but still same problem

If you are using windows.  From a command prompt do a arp -a command.  Check the output to see if your mac address is displayed.

What is the IP address on the line with your mac address.  Use that ip address in your browser address bar.

I change my router and problem was solved ,it’s seemed port problem .
