My Cloud - No device available (Please notify the device's owner) via, but working from Android application


My Cloud is not working - No device available (Please notify the device’s owner) when I’m trying to access from my PC via but it is working from Android APP MyCloud.
Can somebody to help me please?


Is the Android device connected (using WiFi) to the same local network as the My Cloud device? If so that would explain why it may be working when the web portal doesn’t work.

Generally it helps to turn off Remote Access/Cloud Access through the My Cloud Dashboard > Settings section. Then wait a few minutes. Then turn Remote Access/Cloud Access back on. This allows the device to reset the connection tunnel to the portal.

The connection status for Remote Access/Cloud Access can be seen under My Cloud Dashboard > Settings > Cloud Access > Connection Status.
