Hello, appreciate any advice on the following issue:
Have a MyCloud Mirror Gen2 16tb, other than having to replace a drive, been working well over the the last year or so. However, over the past few weeks its now dropping from the network on a regular basis and unable to be accessed, either from the normal file links in windows or from the web page. Both blue lights are on. Once restarted to goes back to working fine but obviously thats not ideal!
It has a static ip, tried it both with sleep on and off. Any ideas? any further info required? Should add that my old My Cloud is working fine.
Just reset back with the 40 second reset to see if that solves it
