I am posting here to seek help as I am not receiving any help from WD technical team after 5 days of reporting my issue.
After My Cloud Mirror Gen 2 device started flashing yellow and red lights, I had restarted the device. But after restarting, though the device lights is normal at blue, I am unable to access it via both my personal network and mycloud.com. I am not sure how to solve the problem.
If you have suggestions, pls assist. Thank you.
