My Cloud LED has been blinking for over a month now

A month ago, I turned the power off. When I powered on again, it would not start and just keeps on blinking. After a week, I tried to do the short and the long reset and left it on. After 3 weeks, it’s still not starting and still keeps on blinking. (see vidcap here.)

I’ve read WD KBs (like this) as well as community threads but none of the solutions seem to fix the problem.

What else can I do?

I have but they keep on making me do useless troubleshooting tasks like check the dashboard when I cannot even access it. Or blame the network cable when I have already tested that.

It has resurrected! My WD My Cloud is accessible again and the blinking gone!

That was after 2 months of it doing its system checks and repairs. 2 months! There has to be a better way for WD to do file system check.
