Is this company for real?

My MyCloud stopped working several months ago after working for less than 4 months. Blinking red light and not seen on the network. I have finally gotten around to dealing with it after being out of town for work.

I submitted a trouble ticket: Red blinking light. Not seen on network. 4sec and 40sec resets have no effect.

A tech got back to me and recommended that I update the firmware. How can you update the firmware without the dashboard?

Still 5 months left on the warranty so now I’m trying to submit an RMA and the page errors out when I input my shipping address. On chrome and safari.
