My Cloud is detected, but cannot connect

I’m using Windows 10 and I can see the My Cloud drive in the Network Locations section of My Computer, but cannot connect to the device using either WiFi or Ethernet. I cannot access the Dashboard. I have tried both reset options, but with no luck. I’ve rebooted the router. Any ideas?

What specific error message are you receiving in Windows 10 when you attempt to access the My Cloud?

If Windows 10 isn’t properly configured one may have trouble accessing or seeing the My Cloud on their local network. Make sure Windows is using the same workgroup name as the My Cloud and that both the Windows computer and My Cloud are using the same IP address range (example: 192.168.1.x). The following post has some more information on things to check in Windows 10, particularly Windows 10 Specific Method 1 through Windows 10 Specific Method 5.
