Are you using Android or Apple etc.? I just signed in with my Samsung Galaxy S20 5G using the OS5 app.

@Victor20 Could you explain what you’ve tried to do to solve your problem and what message/screen you get of which you conclude it doesn’t work?

Here is what I see when I sign into my My Cloud that has OS5 with my Samsung phone. When I updated to OS5 I had to create a new account, email, and password.
Yep, that’s pretty much what I see when I click on the NAS (in your case WDMyCloudTwo) in the app.

Hi All,
My issues resolved but I have new problem as such:
No associated NAS
We found your account but no compatible MyCloud NAS
In order to use this app, I must own or be invited to one of these devices.
Please follow the link in the invitation email to access the NAS the first time
(Note: MyCloud Home is not compatible with this app)
If you already have one, setup my MyCloud device first before signing in.
Need another expert how to overcome the above issues.

Do you own a My Cloud or a My Cloud Home? If you own a My Cloud, have you set up Cloud Access and does it show you as signed in? See example image below.
