Android OS5

I can not use OS5 on my Samsung Android phone. After the WD shut down it wouldn’t let me log in. I uninstalled the app, then reinstalled it, but it won’t even go to the sign-in for my email address. This is what I get

I changed my password for log in and now I can access my cloud server from the OS 5 mobile app.
