Samsung Galaxy 5 password doesn't work!

Hi everyone

Just installed WD MY Cloud and all working well except for the Samsung Galaxy 5 app, which doesn’t recognize the password… This means I can’t access anything at all. Can anyone help in solving this, and making the app accept the password?
