My My Cloud Home device, P/N WDBVXC…, randomly stopped working about a month ago - however I cannot access the My Cloud dashboard. When I open the WD Discovery app, my My Cloud Home device shows as “Off Line” and will not show up on my network. I’ve rebooted the drive many times, no luck. The device is running and one of the ethernet lights is blinking. I believe the firmware was set up for automatic updates. I need to access my files, but cannot access the device. How do I fix this?
I should have been clearer. I cannot access the dashboard, nor find the device on the network through any means… laptop web browser, phone app or through WD Discovery app on my laptop. The My Cloud is running fine, however. Perhaps this was caused by the OS change? How can I access my My Cloud device?
I have same problem for couple of weeks. Don’t know how to retrieve my data. Don’t think I will buy any WD products again
Anyone can help please, same here mycloud home went offline and reset many times but no result. When I checked to my wired router connection it also not there, anyone can help? Will never buy WD anymore!
