HI - My Cloud Home is permanently offline after the firmware update. Try rebooting (30min) but no luck. I have contacted WD over email as there is no option to call. Anyone has a working solution for this?
I have the same issue. Got an email to say My Cloud Home had been updated and since then it’s been offline!
horrible situation to be in. still no luck after my third call and trying the suggestions listed in this forum.
may have to opt for something like Box
