My Cloud Home Offline after Firmware Update

I haven’t use the My Cloud Home for over a year. I plugged it in today, and I can access it with my PC, Android phone, and iPhone like I used to.

However, after the My Cloud Home automatically updated the firmware, it’s now offline for over 12hours on Andriod, iOS, and PC. I did make sure the apps are up to date.

Anyone know why and what’s the solution? Thanks!

Might be what happened to me also. I just get “not connected” to internet. I have a trouble ticket enteted waiting for a eesponse
