Out of a Sudden my My CLoud home (4TB) is fast flashing white light with no network accessibility(no ip ) , i have tried 40 sec reset with no luck , i am not sure its it firmware or HDD issue , but is there anyway to upload new fresh firmware via USB?
I have similar thing happened to my device and I am in touch with WD tech; they keep asking for log but I am not sure they understand the problem; or its too complicated for me as I do not see the steps that they want me to carry out …
