My Cloud EX4 drives 3 and 4 are Failing, Did I lose my files already?

Hi,

I am new here in the forum, sorry if I am at the wrong location.

So, my EX4 suddenly had failed drives 3 and 4. Both 1 and 2 are in good conditions but I can’t access my files already. It now says, RAID Status is not configured.

Will I still be able to recover my files? I have like 6TB worth of files. Will replacing those 2 failed drives resolve this issue?
