My Cloud EX2 Ultra reset itself - everything gone

Hello!

Yesterday the NAS shut down randomly by itself while I was watching a movie via the Plex app. I unplugged the power and put it back in, but the Plex Media Server didn’t come back up. I unplugged/plugged-in twice more and eventually gave up as it was late. Today I checked the MyCloud browser interface and everything seems to be completely reset. No shares, no apps, nothing.

All my personal data is on these drives and I’m super worried that it could be lost, any advice on how to proceed from here?
