My Cloud EX2 Ultra: Conconects from Computer

My Cloud EX2 Ultra continuously disconnects from my computer when I am copying or moving files. If you are having the same or similar issue, let me know what you have found for a solution.

Would creating iSCSI or Volume Virtualization solve this problem? I ask but it is out of ignorance. I have watched videos on both but am still not clear on their meaning or functionality.

I doubt if people who own a My Cloud Home are having the same problems as you.

You should post in the sub-forum for your device. Is your device using OS3 or OS5?
