Connection to Computer Problems

My Cloud EX2 Ultra continuously disconnects from my computer when I am copying or moving files. If you are having the same or similar issue, let me know what you have found for a solution.

Would creating iSCSI or Volume Virtualization solve this problem? I ask but it is out of ignorance. I have watched videos on both but am still not clear on their meaning or functionality.

I believe that i submitted a ticket but I will revisit this issue.

I’m having the same issue - periodic disconnects, whether copying files or not. Windows 11, EX4100 with latest firmware, OS5, etc
