MyCloud EX2 Ultra Keeps disconnecting!

EX2 Ultra keeps disconnecting and my files become inaccessible!! I have no idea why it keeps doing that even when the network and power is securely connected. It’s a gamble every hour as to whether it will work or not. Sometimes I can’t even log into the dashboard because it is inaccessible!!

Anyone find a workaround for this???

I have not seen that problem when I tested with a 2018 macmini on my EX2ultra.

macOS Big Sur 11.6.2 Released December 13, 2021 is out may not help on this problem
but lot of security updates.

I saw no major problem in beta Monterey so now only using the released version.

I did see some posting about laptop disconnects but more in the area of connected hard drives.

you might try using a FIXED IP address for the NAS. then you could get lucky in reading the console error logs and catch the error.
