EX2 Ultra disconnects from network and unable to copy files

Hi,
I have a problem with my EX2 Ultra. Since purchasing it ran well (about two weeks) sudenly I am experiencing problems with it.
It seems like it keeps disconnects itself from network all the time. When copying files from my computer to EX2, the copy process starts but wont continue after just a couple seconds (minutes when lucky).
Using windows 10, windows file exporer, firmware EX2 v.2.30.196

Hi mrkfa,

You should try to check after the 4-second reset to My Cloud EX2 Ultra. You can refer below article to reset My Cloud device which will initialize the network path and connect to My Cloud server.
