My Cloud EX2 and Apple Mac Book Network Connection

I am having a dumb issue. I am new to Apple Mac so I am assuming this is the problem. I am unable to connect to my EX2 from Location > Network > EX2 device. But says Not Connected. When I click Connect As… nothing happens. But if I go to Time Machine, well it works and the directories open. I have a vm and inside the windows device it opens. But I have to reboot my MAC every time to get it to start working again.

Is there another way to free this connection so I can get back inside. Its like it has a locked process.

So after playing around, inside Users and Groups, Login Items I was able to add the network drives and access them. But if I go to finder and location, network and click on the name of the drive, but still not allowing me to login.

Any Idea on how to fix that.
