My Cloud Didn't Start Properly"

Hello,

I have a new my cloud home device, I have been trying to use the discovery desktop app but it does not work, I download it and installed it, but in the Sign in screen I get the message: My Cloud Didn’t Start Properly", I have a 64 bits pc, the solution in the WD website mention something winmagic as the cause of the issue but I dont have such software on my computer, anybody with Ideas?
