My Cloud Home Connection via WD Discovery failing (Win 7 Prof)

Hi,

I’ve just installed WD Discovery for the third time but still fail to login.

The login button is not enabled and a red error message is displayed saying “My Cloud wurde nicht ordnungsgemäß gestartet” (“My Cloud was not started properly”). see attached screenshot please.

OS is Windows 7 Prof. 64 bit.

Access via web browser is working fine, the public share can also be accessed in Windows Explorer.

Anybody a clue what could be wrong?
