My Cloud app stopped connecting to My Passport Wireless Pro, it's now asking for for an Admin user password

I got My Password Wireless Pro in January 2019. After using it with My Cloud app without any problem all of a suden My Cloud app stopped connecting to it. It now asks for an Admin password that I don’t have.

By default there is no password for admin .
