Every time I turn on my MyPassport Wireless 2TB drive, I must open up the MyCloud app (on my iPad) and re-program the drive with an Admin password. Only then can I access files on the drive with other apps (e.g. FileBrowser, MSOffice apps, etc.).
Is this a known issue? Is something wrong with my configuration? Is there a way to resolve this issue? Is a firmware update from WD in the works to fix this problem?
